I like getting up early.  I’m early to bed too.  I go to bed after I eat.  I just go up.  I like to lie on the bed and watch telly.  

I went to Bath College after school.  I went cooking.  

I like Mencap.  I go to Boccia, and Club 25 every week.  Boccia is good.  I see my friends.  I have lots of friends there.

Mencap went to the Olympics in Glasgow.  I got the 3rd medal, the bronze one.  A lot of teams went from Mencap; a football team, a boccia team, judo, one of the lads won a gold at judo, and one of the girls won one too. 

I’ll see my two nephews later, and then I see Frazer on Saturday.  He comes and volunteers at the Music Man on Saturday.  We are going to do a show in the afternoon on Saturday in Bath in the Methodist Church.  We do a lot of shows.  I really like it. 

We went to the Royal Albert Hall with Music Man.  In (April) 2024 we are going to the Albert Hall again.  I will be going to London again. 

I used to go horse riding on Minty and Prince.  Saphire, Sapphy was another one, and Mr Todd.  I don’t ride now.  I fell off twice.  It bled a lot.  I went to see Sapphire before she had a little sleep.  She was a lovely horse.  She liked eating the blackberries in the hedges! 

I’ve done lots of things.  I went swimming and canoeing.  We do lots of different things.  It’s different each time. I’ve done glass blowing.  I made a pumpkin, lots of little balls, and some mushrooms.  It is difficult, but they help you.  It’s very hot in there!

We had to do cross country.  It was hard.  The instructor said we had to go down the slide.  I was thinking I was going to go too fast.  Would I be able to get up?  I had trouble getting up.  I asked him to help me up and he did.  The people are caring. 

I like animals.  We had 3 dogs. Rosie the cocker spaniel was my puppy. 

I like going on holidays.  They are alright. I went to the Milky Way (Theme Park) on the last Mencap holiday. We always go there on the holidays. There are birds of prey and rides.  I really like the birds of prey.  The people who work there feed them.  I will go on holiday with Mencap in September.  I go every year and I am always the first on the list.  I prefer the September one to the July one. 

Sometimes I’m busy.  I go out to lunch on Mondays with my friend.  She collects me after Zumba at the gym.  I go swimming every week too.  I like to have a jacuzzi after exercise.
