CMH are running virtual workshops, with a series of videos on YouTube such as Understanding and Managing Childhood Anxiety, Understanding Teenage Brain Development and Behaviour, and Building Resilience in Children and Adolescents. You can find their YouTube channel here.

Information and advice for young people about understanding Coronavirus, coping whilst staying at home and managing anxiety.
Counsellors are available to chat online or children can call the free helpline 0800 1111. There’s also a number of online games designed to reduce stress.
