We are warmly inviting children with additional needs and their siblings to enjoy a Halloween theme event and disco in a quieter, adapted and safe space.
This alternative Halloween event will allow children to join in with fun seasonal activities without overwhelming sensory experiences or busy crowds, alongside other families and volunteer helpers who understand the children’s needs.
Fancy dress is welcome, but no masks please.
Event Outline:
- Part 1 (12:30pm-2:00pm): Halloween-themed activities including arts and crafts, sensory play, gentle games, plus an opportunity to meet and hold ‘halloween animals’ such as snakes, spiders, and lizards with a supervised reptile encounter.
- Part 2 (2:00pm – 3:30pm): A neon glow disco with music, dancing, balloon modelling, and magic tricks.
Families can choose to attend either part, or purchase a combi-ticket for both events.

- Level access to the rear of the building, and accessible toilet

- Quiet spaces available and volunteers on hand for support
