Please come and join us to hear about all the things we have achieved over the last year, what our plans are going forward and to help us identify areas for development. The meeting is a chance for you to give your feedback about the Society and the activities and opportunities it has provided for members and their families.

As the Society continues to broaden its’ activities, it is really important that all members and their families become involved in shaping its future. Many of our members join as juniors and progress to the other clubs as they get older. We need those members’ families to take an interest so that the Society can go from strength to strength in future years. If you feel that you might be interested in joining the Trustees, why not give it a go! We are keen to recruit new trustees to help us move forward and we would like to hear from anyone that is interested in getting involved. If you would like an informal chat to our Chair or one of our Trustees before you decide then get in touch. Please do consider joining us to help protect the long term future of our Society.

In order to help parents of younger members to attend the meeting, childcare facilities are available at our Keynsham Juniors group meeting at Somerdale Pavilion (BS31 2FW) between 5:45 – 7:15pm, so drop your children off and do come along!
