Gala Dinner and Charity Auction

Our popular Gala Dinner and Charity Auction is back for 2024!

Join us at this fabulous evening and help us raise essential funds.

It promises to be an amazing night of great food, fun and entertainment. Starting at 7pm with welcome drinks, followed by a 3 course meal with wine and a live auction hosted by the brilliant Thomas Rose of Hammer Time Auctions. There will be a chance to bid on some unique auction items, a raffle and the night will finish with a DJ playing all your favourite dance floor fillers!

Come, bring friends, family or colleagues and be part of this fun and special night, where all the money raised will go directly to those in our community who need our support and services.

Where will the Gala Dinner be held?

Keynsham and District Mencap’s Gala Dinner and Auction will be held on Saturday 13th July at The Apex Hotel, James Street West, Bath, United Kingdom, BA1 2DA.

Why should I attend?

By attending the event you’ll not only have a fun and exciting night out, but you will also be helping KADMS to continue our essential work, offering social opportunities to adults and children with learning disabilities and autism.

How much are the tickets?

Individual tickets are £55.00, you can also buy a table of 10 or 12 for £550 or £660

What time should I arrive?

The Gala Dinner starts at 7pm and finishes at midnight

What food and drink will be on offer?

The Apex Hotel will serve a three course menu and wine will be provided on each table. On the evening further drinks can be purchased from the bar. All dietary requirements will be catered for.

What auction items will there be?

We have a variety of auction items up for grabs, from family fun activities to meals out. Peter Brown (AKA Pete the Street), the Bath based artist has donated a print of Kingsmead Square and there are also weekend tickets to the Bristol Forwards Festival up for grabs, plus many more unique items.

What is the dress code?

This is a black tie event, so come dressed to impress!
